All of our products are tested and verified before they are dispatched so they are unlikely to be blank.  Sometimes faulty ports / drives or corrupted drivers incorrectly report the DVD / USB as blank so please try it in another computer if possible and see if it is still showing as blank if this doesn't help please contact us as we offer full customer support and we will happily send a replacement and/or offer you a download of the product as an alternative solution.
