The cap/lid is approximately 3" in diameter.
It was produced to fit a regular-mouth half-pint, pint, quart, or half-gallon Ball, Atlas... mason canning jar

Some of the lids are shinier than others.  Some of the lids have scuff marks because they were stacked/stored in the box for many years.  Some of the white liners are plain, and some have concentric circles.
