    Regular quart or pint size Presto glass insert with "Presto" just right size to fit bowtie.
    Very slight edge roughness. No chips or flakes.
    Some shine/sheen on bow tie "Good Housekeeping approved" aluminum ring plus Household magazine institute approved.
    Some swirls on glass insert.
    No rubber gasket.
    Ring probably date from 1930s, as Household went out of business in 30s.
