This listing is for a vintage Parker 41 Fountain Pen made in the USA as marked on the cap.
It is about 5 1/4" long and has black jeweled cap
. The barrel is black.  The shirt clip has been glued back on to cap. The pen has some scuffs and scratches from being around.  I would guess it could be fixed but it is being sold AS-IS and for parts.
