Parker VP "Very Personal" Fountain Pen & Pencil Set, New Old Stock. This set is in fantastic condition for its age! Both pen and pencil are complete and in excellent writing condition (as far as I can tell - I haven't inked the pen). Pencil extends and retracts lead just as it should, and pen comes with its original converter. I haven't even dip tested the pen because it looks to be uninked. Take a look at the converter's crystal clear sac in the last picture -- these are all too often stained on VPs that have been inked and seen use. The set comes with an original instruction guide from under the box's base plate. Box is in nice condition with only minor wear from age. No cracks, chips, or personalizations on either the pen or the pencil. However, the steel caps have very minor scuffs to their finish just above the "Made in USA / Parker" inscriptions where they appear to have rubbed against each other in the pen box during years of storage and transport.
This is an INCREDIBLE set! the section inscriptions are even still filled with the original gold paint on the fountain pen (a very rare find!). Pen has a "66" aka medium point nib.
