Vintage Parker True Blue LONG 5" Fountain Pen Streamline Duofold Modernistic

Vintage Parker True Blue Fountain Pen in the RARE FULL LENGTH variant! This measures a full ~5" capped, rather than the typical 4.5" you'll find in most examples. The pen is rather slender, and measures around 6" posted.
This beauty writes and fills as it should. I do not know its restoration history, so I do not know when the sac was last replaced, or whether the sac is latex or silicone. Button filler works properly as is and I haven't messed with it. Cap and barrel have very good color, and the barrel has light discoloration, as expected. BHR blind cap and cap top are also slightly discolored to a very dark olive tone. Nib is a medium fine, and original to the pen. Nib is marked "Parker Pen Made in the USA" and the pen barrel is marked "Geo. S. Parker Pen -- Made in U.S.A., Patented." I didn't notice any obvious brassing on the pen aside from maybe some on the tip of the ball clip. Cap bands are nice and tight. Permanite cap and barrel show scratches and scuffs from decades of use (I haven't attempted to polish anything, though it would be very easy to do so with some micromesh should you choose to do it yourself or send to a professional). There are also a few deeper scratches on the permanite parts, but no scratches, chips, or personalizations.
