Vintage Parker Major Speedline filler Jewler's Band Vacumatic Fountain Pen Black
Estate item in as found condition. I have not done any restoration to this pen and do not know if it works. I am not an expert on fountain pens but will do my best to describe the pen.
Pen measures 5 inches closed, 4 5/8 inches open and 5 3/4 inches posted. The Pen has a wide gold filled cap band that is in fair condition, some scratches, no wear through. The arrow shaped pocket clip is marked Parker and has a blue diamond towards the top of the arrow. The pocket clips shows wear and does not fit tightly to the pen body. The pen top looks like it has round glass material that comes up to a single point. The nib is marked Parker USA with 6 and 3 dots. Nib is not marked for metal content. Pen body is marked Geo S Parker Parker Vacumatic Made in U.S.A. and another 6 with three dots. The cap top screws on.
The Pen appears to be black in color, but in the photos you can see some transparency in the pen body to where it almost appears to have a reddish hue. There is wear and scratches on the pen body.
