Vintage PARKER 51 Stainless Steel Fountain Pen & Pencil Set Gold Trim & "Jewels"
Nice Vintage Parker Fountain Pen and Mechanical Pencil set.
Parker 51
stainless steel fountain pen and mechanical pencil set in a Parker 51 case with a pale lavender interior.  The pen features gold filled trim and "jewels".
Both Pen and Pencil appear to be in very good condition.
I feel that the pen was definitely used at some point, I see possibly dried ink? when I look into the ink well window. I did not try to take it apart to clean it for fear of ruining something. The ribbed strip by this windows area looks to be fine, someone told me this is to fill the ink but I am not sure.
I feel the pencil was used at some point, since there is eraser wear.  There is lead inside of the compartment area when eraser is removed.
The "51" box is in very good condition.
The interior has a few small tears by the rear corners as you should be able to see in the pictures.
The interior elastic holders are badly stretched as you should be able to see in the pictures.
I am selling this "As Is" since I am really not sure what needs to be done to refurbish the pen.
