    Vintage Parker 45 Arrow Fountain Pen Made In USA Never Used w Ink No. 191/201. Condition is "New". Shipped with USPS First Class (3 to 5 business days).
    This vintage fountain pen is new and has been never been used.  It comes with the box, instructions and an ink cartridge (blue).  It looks like the cartridge would still be good.  This was most likely a graduation gift that just got set aside.  It's been in storage for decades.  Take a look at the pictures carefully and let me know if you have any questions.
