Who is Jon Moss
? I did some investigating and found out that he had his hand in some of the GREATEST Vehicles ever to come out of the GM Special design team. His BIGGEST claim to fame in my book is his Concept Vehicle in which he took a 9C1 Police Package Caprice and redid it his way to make a fantastic car that later became the 1994-1996 Impala SS.
