    Description

Growing up in the 50's and 60's, every self-respecting boy convinced their parents to buy them at least one toy gun. Since my father grew up on a farm where real guns were always present, he provided my brothers and me with a wide variety of Mattel, Hubley and other cap guns. My mother passed away in the mid-00s and we've been carrying around a bunch of family "heirlooms" ever since. Among these "treasures" was a box of toys that our new smaller home has no place to store.
This is a vintage Hubley "Rodeo" cap gun
    .
    INCLUDED
1 original Hubley Rodeo cap gun
    CONDITION
The overall cosmetic condition is FAIR. The plating has dulled with age (it's 60+ years old) and is missing in some places. The gun could use a good cleaning (it's 60+ years old). I did not try to clean it.
The hammer and the frame near the hammer show residue and surface corrosion from firing paper caps.
The gun does not work properly; it appears to have a broken trigger spring. If you hold the trigger forward and pull back the hammer, the hammer catches on the sear. If you then pull the trigger, the hammer drops.
The stocks/handles are loose and have slight cracks, with portions missing in some places.
"This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law, including a permanently attached orange plug."
This replica gun can NOT fire a live cartridge and can NOT be converted to fire a lethal cartridge.
