Includes only what is shown. Item has been tested and works! All of the buttons work as normal. Whenever the ball comes into contact with the inside posts sounds are heard, it lights up, and the score changes on the led panel. One of the light bulbs on the left side of the board seems to be burnt out. The red led panel seems to work great with no defects. The sounds on this machine are LOUD. It’s a very fun game.It seemed to function normally most of the time however sometimes when you put the ball into play it will activate the sounds and lights but as soon as the ball goes into the pit below the flippers and touches a metal contact it will stop all lights and sounds even though you technically had more turns and the game wasn’t over. You’ll have to turn the game off and on again (sometimes several times) in order to reset the game. Please consider that the lights and sounds work INTERMITTENTLY. Sometimes the sounds don’t start until the ball makes solid contact with the inside posts. One trick I learned to keep the sounds and score working longer is to immediately pull the plunger as soon as the ball drops into the pit before it has a chance to make good contact with the metal stopper.
It is missing a battery cover but I played for 10 minutes straight while testing it and the batteries never fell out. For these lights, old led, and loud speaker it is a power hog! It requires 4 D batteries and 1 9v battery (not included).
As you can see, the box is not in great shape but they are so rare to find these days. I have never personally seen this game before with its box. If you’re a mini pinball collector this is a MUST HAVE.
