Vintage Antique Hubley Dick Tracy Repeater Repeating Toy Cap Gun Pistol

For Sale is an Antique Hubley Dick Toy Cap Gun
The only markings I see is "Dick" on both sides & also
"oil" next to the little hole.
Please note this toy does show some wear;
please see pictures above. I am not familiar with this
item but the piece the lifts up doesn't seem to fasten
in any way... if you flip it upside down, the piece
opens by itself. If you pull the trigger, it continually
works.
