Vintage 90's Apparatus Coat Black Geometric Retro Size 3/4

Up for bid is a vintage 90's Apparatus coat
Zipper is tight and needs a little bit of finagling to get it going but it's still in good condition (not coming detached or anything). There is a velcro patch under the neckline, I don't know what it's for but it's coming unstitched from the jacket. It's not visible from the outside. The top of the metal buttons are scuffed. No stains, snags or holes. Fun retro geometric styling throughout.
Vintage sizing can vary widely - please compare measurements before purchase. Tag is labeled size 4T.
