Vintage 1800's? SINGLE Standing Brass Bronze Metal Deco 9" Cigar Holder Humidor

Vintage 9" STANDING Single Cigar HUMIDOR
Here is an unusual item. It appears to be a single humidor that holds ONE CIGAR (included).
Based on the material, design and condition: My best guess is that it was made sometime in the mid-to-late 1800's. The craftsmanship is excellent. But, I can't find any maker's marks.
It's made of brass or bronze throughout. The tip appears to be made of cast iron. Total Weigt: 11.33 ounces
It is 9" tall and the base measures just under 3.5" in diameter. The inner "sleeve" tube is 8" long with the screw-on top. Without the top, the inner sleeve tube is 5.5" long. This inner "sleeve" tube holds the cigar and is inserted into the outer, standing holder. The ornate tip appears to be some sort of Fleur de lis with a hole in the tip - perhaps to hold a wooden match?
The cigar is 5" long x .5" diameter and fits perfectly into the sleeve tube.
