Got dial replacement kits directly from Boa. They're black. The originals were white.
I only replaced one of the laces. I'm including the other three laces, if you want to replace them yourself.
Insoles are Giro brand.
Stiffness Index 12.
Comfortable for wide feet, but not so much for flat feet. The arch is a little high for people with flat feet.
