    Description

    UNUSUAL casserole dish with lid found in storage unit.  This item is very different - we believe it to be aluminum NAMBE in a rectangular shape with 2 handles and a lid that appears to be able to be used as a serving tray as well.  Measures 10-3/4" long and 8-3/4" in width and is 3+" deep.  It has some scratching and discoloration but needs to be cleaned.  There are markings on the bottom such as "O", "16", "BY INAIMDL"?, OR perhaps ("BY NAMDL"), along with a "T".  The words following the BY are nearly impossible to photograph and are so tiny we cannot read them for certain - perhaps this  is a foreign item.  Maybe someone out there could be familiar with the marking and let us know.  Can be shined to a mirrored finish.  Would be beautiful serving salad...
