The Shimano S-Phyre is a high-performing competition shoe for the serious road racer. This light and stiff shoe comes in at just 243 grams in a size 42 shoe. Shimano rates the stiffness of the outsole as a 12 which is the highest level on their scale. This outsole is made of light and hollow synthetic leather microfiber. With a carbon sole and mid-sole, you will get a high-performing shoe that resists stress for a comfortable ride.
These shoes will help you get the most efficient pedaling possible. The toe spring section of the shoe supports efficient pedaling. It helps your feet find the perfect position to avoid strain on your calf or hamstring. In your Shimano S-Phyre SH-RC901 shoes, you will feel a smooth pedal stroke for a faster and more efficient ride. The external heel cup gives you even more stability for more solid pedaling.
