Safford Fifth Avenue "By Parker" Fountain Pen Black and Jade Working

This is a Super Nice Safford 1930's Fountain Pen. The Safford Pen is a Fifth Avenue Brand that was made for Woolworth Stores By The Parker Pen Company. These are Depression Era Pens. The Pen has Jade End Caps and 3 Bands. Three Banded Fifth Avenue or Safford Pen Company Pens are Fairly Unusual; More Commonly 2 Banded Pens are Found.
This was not a Quality Pen and Most are found is Poor Condition...this one is Very Nice. The Lever is a little loose bit all else is nice. Little Wear to the Gold Washed Trim. The Pen has a Two Toned Platinum Plated Medium Nib. The Pen has a new sac and is working.
If you are a Fifth Avenue Collector this is a Must. Excellent Condition 3 Banded Safford Pens are Rare.
