Rodney Kent circa 1940 Hammered Aluminum Tulip art deco powder jar, ruby red, 3 piece.  Glass insert could be candy dish, trinket holder, dresser organizer.
This is hammered aluminum top and bottom, no dents and ruby glass in perfect condition. It stands in little slanted position.
The ruby glass bowl measures approximately 1 1/2 inches high and 4 1/2 inches across.
The bottom dish measures approx 1 1/4 inches high and 4 1/2 inches across.
The lid measures approx 2 1/2 inches tall to tip of tulip and 4 3/4 inches across
total top to bottom measures 4 inches high and 4 inches deep and 5 inches across.
