This is a
really
BEAUTIFUL
antique wood
COPPER LINED HUMIDOR
, tobacco side table or stand that has a
GREAT CARVED DESIGN
on the door! All 4 legs are
ORNATELY MADE
and the cross wood pieces at the legs has
FANCY TURNINGS
too! (there must be a name for that but I don't know what it is, sorry!)
The handle has
FANCY
turnings as the legs and the cross legs between them! The handle is not straight across but is kitty corner with one part in the front corner and the other in the opposite back corner, it is really
UNIQUE!
It looks almost lopsided but it is not. The other two corners have nice finials. The piece is finished all around and insides of the magazine holders on the sides are too.  I think the
wood is a
BEAUTIFUL
DARK MAHOGANY
but am not sure. (although some photos came out lighter it is more like the main photo and the dark legs)!
I HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT BEFORE!
The door to the humidor is hinged and the lock on it closes tight. It measures 27" tall, 18 1/2" wide and 10 3/4" deep.  Really good condition with no cracks or chips. There are some scratches mostly on the top and some have been touched up (not by me) and you can see them in the last 2 photos. A few tiny scratches on the legs and inside the magazine holder on the right. It could be refinished if desired but it is beautiful as it is with mostly minor issues. The copper lined inside has something that is stuck on it on the base. I don't know what it is but you can't see it at all once the door is closed, please see photos 3rd and 4th from last.
