Parker Vacumatic Blue "Trade-In Promotion" Pen...Restored

Description

Parker held a promotion where one could "trade in" an old Parker pen for credit on a purchase of a new pen. The "trade in" pens were marked by the dealer with a red sticker that said, "Here's my pen for your retirement offer" and the pen was returned to Parker for dealer credit.  Parker used the returned pens for parts in the repair department. This Blue Pearl Vacumatic has no cracks or names.
14K Parker arrow nib is medium.
The pen has been disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, a new diaphram installed and it works.  You can see through the barrel.
