Description
Up for bid is this stunning jasper red Parker Duofold fountain pen. It is marked IIIP, which signifies that it was made in 1997. This pen has an 18 K extra fine nib. It is a cartridge/ converter filler with a screw on cap. It does include the pictured converter.This is one stunningly beautiful fountain pen! The barrel is a geometric marbled black/red resin. It has black end pieces, two cap bands, and a duofold logo at the cap end.
This pen does does not include the box or papers. It was lightly used. There are some normal signs of use, including some light surface wear. There are no cracks, chips, or dents. Please see photos, as they are an important part of the description. This pen was tested, and it writes smoothly. The pen has been flushed out with distilled water, but some ink residue most likely remains.
This amazing pen belonged to my father, who was an avid fountain pen collector. I do not claim to be a fountain pen expert, but I can vouch for the quality of his pen collection.
