This is a puffer vest by Old Navy in a children's unisex size XL (14-16).
It is black and is sleeveless with a full zipper closure and two front pouch pockets.
The vest measures about 20" from underarm to underarm and 24.5" from the back neck to bottom hem when laid flat. It was made in Burma of 100% polyester.
This item comes in good pre-owned condition with a stain on the chest area.
