    Not used very much, maybe 20 Indoor Peloton rides.  My dog chewed on the heel pull loops so I cut them off, which is kind of an issue because these are tight fitting shoes. But, one can manage to put the shoes on without the heel pull loops, if the laces are loosened sufficiently.  It wouldn't be hard, though, to get some nylon strap and glue it to the inside and outside of the heel cup using contact adhesive or something. Or, if you have a sewing awl to go through the thick material, you could sew something on. This is a deal for someone, as these sell for 9 new.
