    Description

    This canning fruit jar is a Mason's by the Consolidated Fruit Jar Co. (CFJ on the front). It is an aqua blue color in the half gallon size . The front has the embossed "Patent Nov 30th 1858" and the bottom has D226. It is 9" tall and has the original embossed Ball zinc lid. The glass has a lot of bubbles and the inner lip is rough with a small chip below the rim of the bottle. (see pics) A great piece for that vintage kitchen or collection.
