Puebla Mexico.
They are wonderful

The earrings measure:
1 1/2 inches long (from the top of the ear wire to the bottom of his chin) by 3/4 of an inch wide and 1/2 of an inch deep.
They are a Great example of
Mexican folk art

Puebla Mexico,
and quite decorative and very colorful!!
