Per the manual, utilities in Hurricane 98 include, launch rocket, boot rocket, top-down cache, reverse cache, cache compressor, ram expander, heap expander, global DOS memory manager, XMS accelerator, virtual cache, ram drive, screen accelerator, sector cache, print cache, mode switch accelerator... Per the company, use Hurricane 98 to get the best speed and performance from your PC.
This company is no longer in business and was bought out or absorbed by larger companies. Because of this and the age of the software there are no additional updates and no support. I cannot provide support, either. So, you if bid on this and win, you are on your own. The manual has some troubleshooting tips.
