Humidor Match Holder Striker Man in Barrel Wearing Fez
Porcelain. Man wearing fez smoking a pipe popping out of barrel. Painted staves with message in French Bonheur De La Vie. The Happiness Of Life. The top of his fez is open so it would probably take matches and the top banded rim of the barrel is probably the strike surface. Late 19ht or Early 20th C.
Measures: 6 3/4” tall by 3 1/2” across widest point by 3 1/2” deep ()
Marked: see photo (only a number 4 on bottom, I would assume it is French)
Condition: Very Good/Good (chips to rim)

As a collector I always list the obvious staining/spotting/discoloration and damage/defects to material to the best of my abilities. However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect displaying/using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning. Please be very specific in your questions regarding condition.

All Items are shipped USPS Priority unless otherwise noted or requested. I gladly ship overseas but items worth over 100.00 will have to go Priority Insured (for tracking purposes) or First Class Mail International Registered. Due to the Insurance rules with bay I will leave it up to the buyer if they would like insurance on an item. I will However automatically insure items valued over 100.00 (which means that you pay for it and the insurance amount will be added to the handling fee) so please wait until I send you the invoice or include correct USPS insurance in the handling window with your payment. If the item value is under 100.00 and you would still like Insurance please let me know upon completion of auction.
