    loaded onto it so you can boot the operating system from the USB. The USB is removed from the Original Packaging, the Operating System is then loaded onto the hardware. The USB will not be repackaged.
    What is a Bootable/Live USB
    A bootable USB is a USB drive that contains a bootable program/ Operating System. A Live USB is a USB flash drive or external hard disk drive containing a full operating system that can be booted without over-writing the existing Operating System on the computer's Hard Drive.
    Benefits of a Bootable/Live USB
    In contrast to live CDs, the data contained on the booting device can be changed and additional data stored on the same device. A user can carry their preferred operating system, applications, configuration, and personal files with them, making it easy to share a single system between multiple users.
    Live USBs provide the additional benefit of enhanced privacy because users can easily carry the USB device with them or store it in a secure location (e.g. a safe), reducing the opportunities for others to access their data.
    The absence of moving parts in USB flash devices allows true random access, thereby avoiding the rotational latency and seek time of hard drives or optical media, meaning small programs will start faster from a USB flash drive than from a local low RPM, spinning platter hard disk or live CD [NOT Solid State Drives - Those are lightning fast].
    About the Operating System
    Hiren’s BootCD PE (Preinstallation Environment) is a restored edition of Hiren’s BootCD based on Windows 10 PE x64. With the useful tools inside of the CD, you can fix many problems related to your computer. After boot, PE version tries to install drivers like graphics, sound, wireless and ethernet card for your hardware. So that you can connect to a WIFI or Ethernet network.
    NOTE
    The computer you want to use your bootable USB drive on must be able to use a USB drive as a boot device. Most computers built since Windows Vista release, are capable of booting to a USB device. Before the Windows Vista time frame, it's hit or miss with motherboards. You may need to have your USB flash drive plugged in when you access the BIOS.
