    VINTAGE TOY CAP GUN
    Fun vintage 1950s toy cap gun measuring about 9-1/2" in size. Featuring embossed diecast Western decoration on both sides of the barrel, it is marked PONY BOY - grips are hard plastic, embossed to mimic wood graining. Barrel end is sealed and painted red to mimic firing. Haven't a clue if or how it works -- I can cock it and pull the trigger and it snaps as it should - but that's about all I know how to do (what can I say .. I'm a girl). I've used it for display in a Western themed shadow box - hoping someone can do the same - there is typical metal discoloration and some fine chipping around the cocking mechanism - does not detract or impact function. Just a neat retro 50's toy - fun addition to any collection!
