This algaecide is a fast killer of string algae in water gardens. It is an algaecide - it is a good idea to add good bacteria back to your pond after your algae bloom has been taken care of. There are also directions on the label for green water algae but our local customers do not find this chemical very effective for that purpose.
For treating string algae, this container will treat 5,000 gallons of pond water.
Great for pond-less waterfalls too.
The label contains lots of useful tips (like aeration, ideal temperatures, ideal light conditions, etc.). Please read the label
before
using. It might just save you money and keep your fish alive.
