    Belgian Congo uprated unused PC Banana Palm Avenue postmarked Matadi Sept 1924
    Postcard n. 14 of a former Belgian Congo series showing a road flanked by palm trees in Banana.  The 10c card was uprated with a 5c "Port Matadi" Sc# 60 and postmarked Matadi 4 IX 24 but was never addressed.  Card in good condition except for mild corner wear.
