Antique Unglazed Sage Green Jasperware Golf Motif Cigar Humidor Lidded Jar

This auction is for a beautiful antique unglazed sage green Jasperware lidded canister, most likely a cigar humidor
.  I have been unable to verify the maker of this piece, the number on the bottom is spot on for hand written numbering on English Dudson pieces, however the gold motif appears on similar pieces made by Copeland late Spode. It measures roughly 6 3/4 inches in tall.  The handwritten number on the bottom is 2163, and there is a much smaller printed number, possibly 39.  It is in excellent overall condition for its age, there are a couple very small chips/flaws (see photos for details).  The golfers' bowler hats and knickers with tweed jackets most likely dates this piece as pre WWII.  Please email me with any questions prior to bidding.
