    Antique Victorian Aesthetic Era Cigar Humidor Quadruple Silver Plated Meriden CT. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
    Incredible 19th century antique cigar humidor. Quadruple silver plated made in Meriden, CT by Roger Smith & Co.. The condition is a bit rough with its decorative finial missing and the silver plating being dull. However this was a very deluxe model. It has four separate compartments two small ones in the center and large outer side opening compartments. There is a screen like metal inner wall to the large compartments. It features nice knobs and feet. The hummingbirds with flowers and ferns on the sides are stunning and well kept! This is a large and heavy piece. In its time it was surely the top of the line. I would hope the new owner will find an appropriate finial to top it off. I’ve had my eye open for one and if I find it before the sale I’ll include it. A spare clock topper might do nicely. 11.5” long, 8.25” wide, just over 3.5” high. This humidor will ship FREE, ASAP via USPS Priority. Thanks!
