Antique small silver pill box with matching tie or scarf clip, probably Japan origin according to heirs.  Both feature mother-of-pearl while the clip appears made of copper.  Pill box appears sterling though no markings seen, it is a soldered construction (not cast metal).  On top lid is hand-painted colorful bird.  Clip's stone is carved with feathery lines.
